ABOUT ZVL BRAND TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS

ZVL continually implements and extends production of tapered roller bearings of 137 types of tapered roller bearings, including:

• 92 types of bearings in metric dimensions produced according STN and ISO,
• 30 types of bearings in inch dimensions,
• 15 non-standard types
  Company implemented production of bearings.

This sortiment increases according to requirements of customers.
Installed technology allows production of tapered roller bearings in range
outer diameter from 42 to 170mm
and inner diameter from 15 to 100 mm.

PRODUCTION PROCESS  

LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATION.

Technology of tapered roller bearings is orientated for guarantee high series of produced types but allows flexibility in re-tapying as well. Company guarantees development of product and proceses, production and after-production services. Production of tapered roller bearing parts is achieved by purchase of semiproducts and materials (forgings, wire, stripe) worked by turning, cold – pressing, heat treatment, with subsequent grinding, finishing, assembly and packing of finalized bearings.

Production of bearings and their parts is organized technologically. Production process is backed up by system of bearings production management, which allows traceablity of production upon production batches without losing identification and allows to assign to batch all relevant datas (from test certficate of used material, through conditions of process to packing and expedition to specific customer).

All control activities of production process are performed by control subdivisions independent upon production (VSTUK (input control), VK (production control), KK (final control), KH (noise control)). Quality department also manages all loboratories , KMS (control and measurement center) and CKS..
