Double Row Spherical Roller Bearings

The manufacturer ZKL Brno, a. s. offers to the clients a comprehensive production program of double row spherical roller bearings of design groups 222, 223, 230, 231, 232 of all standard sizes. Concurrently the development of further types (239, 241 etc.) is under process.

All double row spherical roller bearings of ZKL Brno, a. s. are designed and manufactured in conformity with the standards STN and CSN, therefore in full conformity with the relative ISO standards.

 

The quality of the whole production range of double row spherical roller bearings as well as the whole manufacturing process is strictly subordinated to the conditions and provisions of the international standard ISO 9001.

The whole assortment of ZKL Brno, a. s. double row spherical roller bearings is manufactured with cylindrical as well as with tapered bore - designation "K" - bore taper ratio 1:12 and in execution W33 (with lubricating groove and three lube holes on the outer ring perimeter) as a standard.

Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings

Similarly ZKL Brno, a. s. is offering in this individual design group a complete production program both in dimensional and design series 292, 293 and 294, fully conforming in design and production program to the international ISO standards. Their quality and production process are strictly complying with the conditions and provisions of the international standard ISO 9001.

In comparison with other thrust bearings the load in spherical roller thrust bearings is transferred from one raceway to the other under a specific angle, thus allowing the transfer of both the axial and radial load as well.

The spherical roller thrust bearings are separable. The shaft washer with cage and rollers and the outer housing ring can be mounted individually.

Further important property of these bearings is their ability to tilt, which enables to align the shaft deflection in the mounting and shaft misalignment towards the housing.

Types M, EM
M - standard bearing version fitted with solid machined brass cage guided by guide ring on the shaft washer. The version EM has better usage of the inner space and thus higher utility parameters.

Types J, EJ
J - standard bearing version with pressed steel sheet cage guided on the shaft washer. The version EJ has better utilization of the inner space and thus is distinguished by its better utility values.
